These are only used in the numeric keyboard, and correspond to the keys to the left and right of the "0" key on the numeric keyboard.

bunnei f8aaa59990 hle: service: nvflinger: Factor speed limit into frame time calculation. 
- This allows the %-based "Limit Speed Percent" setting to work with MC emulation.
- This is already supported for SC emulation.
