Jan Nieuwenhuizen e8023cd2ef mescc: Tinycc support: more list initializers.
* module/language/c99/compiler.mes (init-declr->name): Handle array,
  pointer array.
  (init-declr->pointer): Likewise.
  (decl->info): Generalize list initializers, add pointer variant.
  FIXME: AST-rewriting?
