core: Prepare for M2-Planet: VALUE/TYPE indirections.
Rewrite C-constructs not supported by M2-Planet

    VALUE (CAR (foo))           -> SCM a = CAR (foo); VALUE (a)
    TYPE (CAR (foo))            -> SCM t = CAR (foo); TYPE (a)
