Jan Nieuwenhuizen d2f701b825 mescc: Tinycc support: bugfix struct pointer.
* module/language/c99/compiler.mes (decl->info): Only set non-pointer struct to -1.
* scaffold/tests/23-pointer.c (test): Test it.
