build: Cater for M2-Planet.
* configure: Drop MES_SEED, support M2-Planet.
* kaem.run: Also build bin/mes.
* build-aux/bootstrap.sh.in: Run kaem bootstrap.
* build-aux/build.sh.in: Set stage0_cpu.  On x86, run kaem bootstrap.
Build bin/mes.  Update scripts and users.
* build-aux/install.sh.in: Install all built bin/mes-* flavours.
