* build-aux/build.sh.in: Move from ./build.sh
* build-aux/check.sh.in: Likewise.
* build-aux/GNUmakefile.in: Likewise.
* build-aux/install.sh.in: Likewise.
* build-aux/uninstall.sh.in: Likewise.
* configure: Substitute them.
* configure.sh: Likewise.
* build-aux/build-cc.sh: Update: use ${srcdest} instead of ${top_builddest}.
