* include/linux/x86_64/syscall.h (SYS_rt_sigprocmask): New macro.
* include/signal.h (SIG_BLOCK, SIG_UNBLOCK, SIG_SETMASK): New macro.
(sigprocmask): Declare.
* lib/linux/gnu.c (sigprocmask): New function.
