Jan Nieuwenhuizen 30743ce141 mini-mes: Fully remove reader from core.
* scaffold/mini-mes.c (lookup_): Remove.
* mes.c: Likewise.
* reader.c (lookup_): Enable.
* mlib.c (putc): New function.
* module/mes/libc.mes (putc): New function.
