core: Resurrect POSIX build. Thanks, gio!
* lib/libmes.c[POSIX]: Define and initialize g_stdin, g_stdout and
g_stderr that were moved to crt1 for non-POSIX builds.
* src/mes.c[POSIX]: Remove struct-initialisation exceptions.
