* module/language/c99/compiler.mes (struct-field): Support nested,
  named and anonymous enums.
  (field->info): New function.
  (type->info): Use it to reap nestedly defined enums, structs, unions.
  (decl->info): Likewise.
* scaffold/tests/t.c: Test it.
