mescc: Mes C Library: Move posix bits to read.

* lib/linux/_read.c: Rename from read.
* lib/posix/read.c: New file.
* build-aux/build-lib.sh (libc_SOURCES): Update.
* include/mes/lib.h (_read): Declare.
