mescc: Tinycc support: multi-line strings.

* module/language/c99/compiler.mes (initzer->data, expr->global):
  Handle multi-line strings.
* scaffold/tests/74-multi-line-string.c: New file.
* make.scm (add-scaffold-test): Build it.
