test: Split-off scaffold/60-math-itoa.c.
* lib/tests/scaffold/60-math.c (main): Move itoa tests to... * lib/tests/scaffold/60-math-itoa.c: ...this new file. * build-aux/check-mescc.sh (mes_tests): Add it.
