kaem: scaffold/argv.kaem.

* scaffold/argv.c (strcmp): Remove.
(main): Update.
* scaffold/argv.kaem: New file.
lib/x86-mes/x86.M1 (mov____%edi,%ebp, mov____%esp,%edi): New macro.
