build: Support all `Standard targets' for users.
* GNUmakefile (distclean mostlyclean, maintainer-clean, html, dvi, ps, install-dvi, install-ps, install-html, installcheck): New target. (install-info): Remove fake target. * configure (parse-opts): Add --srcdir. xx
